Orders & Processing
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All Nine Body Co. products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships.
During high-demand periods or product drops, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer preorders?
Yes. Some products may be offered as preorders during new scent launches or restocks.
Preorder items will ship once the batch is completed. Estimated shipping timelines will always be listed on the product page.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for customers in the area.
Local pickup orders are available on Sundays only, and pickup instructions will be sent after your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because products are made in small batches, orders cannot be changed once production begins. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What makes Nine Body Co. different?
Nine Body Co. is built around two systems:
Remedy — skin-first body care designed for sensitive or easily irritated skin.
Ritual — fragrance-forward body care designed for scent layering and long-lasting fragrance.
This allows customers to choose products that support their skin while still enjoying fragrance.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind, especially those in the Remedy collection.
However, everyone's skin is different. We always recommend performing a patch test before using a new product, especially if you have eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or other skin sensitivities.
Are your products heavily fragranced?
It depends on the collection.
Ritual products are fragrance-forward and designed for scent layering.
Remedy products contain little to very light fragrance to prioritize skin comfort.
What is fragrance layering?
Fragrance layering means applying multiple products in the same scent so the fragrance builds and lasts longer throughout the day.

Add Perfume Oil or Body Mist
Each layer helps the fragrance last longer.
Will body butter melt during shipping?
Body butters are made with natural oils and butters that can soften or melt in warm temperatures.
If your body butter melts during shipping, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes. The product will firm back up and remain perfectly usable.

Are your products natural?
Nine Body Co. uses a blend of natural oils, plant butters, and skin-safe fragrance oils to create products that nourish the skin while delivering a beautiful sensory experience.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Products that contain water or foaming bases include a broad-spectrum preservative to ensure product safety and stability.
Oil-based products typically do not require preservatives.
Are your products nut-free?
Some formulas may contain oils derived from nuts (such as sweet almond oil). If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal nature of body care products, all sales are final.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
